Account access & responsibilities

Each workspace is provisioned for a specific client or operating team. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, enforcing least-privilege access, and ensuring that only authorized personnel use the product

You agree not to reverse engineer the service, misuse APIs, or deploy the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access if accounts are abused or if payment obligations lapse

Service use & limitations

OmniAdmin provides the arbitRAGE control plane on a best-effort basis. Features labeled beta or preview are delivered as-is and may change at any time

We maintain audit logs, monitor for anomalous activity, and may rate-limit or disable functionality if we believe an action threatens platform stability

Support is available during standard business hours. We may perform maintenance windows with advance notice unless security fixes require immediate action

Obtaining the full contract

Use the contact form above and choose “Terms of Service.” Messages sent with that topic go directly to our contracts desk so we can share the latest MSA, SOW, or billing schedule

We typically respond within one business day with the current agreement, onboarding checklist, and any additional documentation your legal or compliance teams need
