Personal data we process
We collect only the information required to operate arbitRAGE:
- Google Workspace identity details
- Workspace configuration data you create
- Operational telemetry that supports audit log reliability
OmniAdmin does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Essential data processors include our cloud infrastructure provider, email delivery service, and error monitoring tooling. They receive only the data needed to provide those services under contract.
Google OAuth scopes and usage
We request the minimum Google OAuth scopes required for authentication: email and basic profile information.
OmniAdmin does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google Workspace content beyond identity signals. These scopes are used solely to verify your identity and to display your name and avatar inside the product.
How we use, retain, and protect data
Identity data enforces workspace permissions. Telemetry helps us troubleshoot issues and provide support.
Tokens and session secrets are encrypted at rest, workspaces are isolated, and access to production systems is controlled through SSO, hardware keys, and logging.
If analytics are enabled, OmniAdmin collects only aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics. No marketing cookies or cross-site tracking are used.
Identity and telemetry data are retained only while your workspace remains active and are deleted within 30 days after removal unless a longer retention period is required by law.
